This is an invention of Dean's little brother Craig. He would whip up a batch of this for steak night but soon found it wasn't just for red meat. The meat on steak night was accompanied by some side item and whatever excess sauce was left after the meat was finished always found its way to that side dish. The point is no matter how much of this stuff was put on the plate there was never any to clean up!
