This one started as Mama Bato's attempt to duplicate
Dean's homemade honey mustard. She was way off but did stumble on a really
good flavor. It was initially used for fish and shellfish as a marinade
or a dip but after some experimentation this stuff was found to spruce
up meats, crab cakes, veggies, and even quiche. With a creamy consistency
and a bit of a kick, Dean's World Famous Spicy Mustard adds perfect "zing"
to each bite.
